1. Information tables are limited to recognized student organizations and University departments. Each organization is allowed one table per day for no more than 2 consecutive weeks per month. Tables are scheduled by the Memorial Union Office (862-4600).

2. Tables may be set up Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. "Display Only" tables are not permitted, there must be a person seated behind the table.

3. Tables are located on the second floor of the MUB and specific table location is on a first come first serve basis.

4. Each information table is limited to the space allocated. Organizations are not permitted to move the table nor spread out onto other tables or surrounding space (i.e. aisle ways, stairways, doors) to gain more display area. Use of backdrops is permitted, however, no nails, paint or other materials that might permanently damage the facility are permitted. All supplies must be stored under the table. Nothing may be stored in the Memorial Union Building over night.

5. Information tables are only permitted to sell products for fundraising reasons. All profits must benefit a recognized student organization. Any other sale of goods or services comes under the purview of the vendor program. Vendor tables may be reserved by calling 862-0566.

7. All raffles must be approved by the Memorial Union Office (room 323) and the University police (located in Janetos House).

8. Surveys must be done in accordance with University Guidelines.

9. The Memorial Union Office retains the right to deny table space for violation of the above policies or for any reason it deems sufficient.

10. NO EXCESS NOISE OR "HAWKING" PERMITTED.
