Best available seats are those still available and closest to the stage. This was programmed and chosen in advance by Theatre and Dance. What do I do if someone has special needs? Please call to order tickets so that we can better seat you. Those who need wheelchair space, have hearing conditions, or need an aisle seat must call or come in to get their tickets. 603-862-2290 M-F 10-4. |
Do I need an account to buy tickets? Yes. You do need an account to purchase tickets online. You can look for tickets without an account, but when you continue on to check out you will need an account, which is free. |
Why are there convenience fees? Convenience fees cover the costs of running the online ticketing system and other costs associated with providing you with your tickets (i.e. mailing). |
| Can I buy tickets for more than one show on the same order? Yes. Select your tickets for the first event you’d like to attend and click the Proceed button. Then, click on the Add More Events link on the bottom of the following page. Repeat this process for each event you’d like to purchase tickets to. |

| If I believe I was charged in error, what is the disputed charges policy? The customer should contact the ticket office as soon as he/she realizes there is a discrepancy (within 30 days). The Ticket Office will research the charge and respond with an answer or any agreed corrections within two weeks from the time it is reported. |
What do I need to know about ordering wheelchair accessible seating tickets? Accessible seating is provided for patrons who utilize a wheelchair or who require the use of the features provided by the accessible seating. Accessible seating includes a wheelchair space and up to three companion seats, if available. When three companion seats are not available in the same row, companions will be seated as close as possible to the accessible seats. |

Can I buy tickets for UNH Athletics and Whittemore Center games and events? No. You can visit the Whittemore Center Box Office to buy those tickets. |
| What age qualifies for the senior discount? Anyone age 65 and over qualifies for the senior discount. |
Who is a UNH ID holder and what does it mean? UNH ID holders are current faculty, staff and students of UNH Durham. Please bring your ID to the shows you have purchased tickets to because you may be asked to show it. |
| Will I be able to buy tickets to all events online? No. Not every event will be on the internet for sale. We have many small student events that require a UNH student ID or events that are free and require tickets for fire code reasons. Some events by contract can only sell on line at a later date. SCOPE who brings popular entertainment acts will sell the first week to UNH students exclusively before tickets are released to the public. Call us with questions if you don’t find what you are looking for. |

| When can I buy movie tickets and what is the cost? Movie tickets are purchased in person only as early as one hour before the show time. UNH undergrad and grad students with current ID will be charged $2.00. All others will be charged $4.00. Everyone is welcome to come to the movies. They are not just for the UNH community. |
How do I get on or get off the mailing list? If you purchase tickets from Theatre, Cultural Events or Jazz you will automatically be put on a mailing list the following year for that category you purchased. To be addedor deleted to Jazz call 862-2404. To be added or deleted to Cultural Events call 862-3242. To be added or deleted to Theatre and Dance call 862-2919. |
| Who is MarTech Systems and what is eFolio/Folio Box Office Software? MarTech Systems, Inc. is a privately held corporation located in Wausau, Wisconsin that has a proud history of providing software for fairs and expositions for over 20 years. MarTech System's third product is the Folio Box Office Management System. Introduced in January 1999, this program is designed for the mid-sized theatre and peforming arts center to sell reserved seat and general admission tickets. The Memorial Union Building Ticket Office has been using Folio since 2004. |
