Advertising on Table Tents

Table Tents are a terrific way to share important information or publicize your upcoming event! They are those colorful advertisements that you see on every table of each dining hall on campus and throughout the MUB each week. To have your advertisement placed on a Table Tent, please read the important points below and complete the web form that follows.

* New Tents will be published (placed in the dining halls and Food Court) each week late on Wednesday night or early on Thursday morning. You will find a schedule below to help you navigate when you must make submissions to have them published in time for your event.

* Table Tent space is prioritized in the following manner:
1. Student Organization Events/Ads (prioritized by date, then order submissions received).

2. MUB-sponsored programs (i.e., SOS, Project LEAD, Commuter Student Services, Current Issues Lecture Series, MUB Weekend Programming, etc., prioritized by date).

3. Campus Offices (prioritized by date, then order submissions received).

Please Note:

* Events with an asterisk (*) have a few extra days for display due to a holiday or modified service schedule.

* There will be no Table Tent published during the week of March 14-22, due to Spring Break. Please plan accordingly.

SUMMER BREAK

* An SOS Intern will email each person whose ad has been published on the Tent during any given week, informing you of the status. If an ad has gotten “cut,” the Intern will contact you and inform you of this and why. Generally speaking, the only reason a campus office’s ad would get “cut” is if there is not enough space on a given week’s Tents. If there is no ad space left after Student Organizations and MUB events, and your office still wants ad space, you must contact Kristin Lonsinger (kristin.lonsinger@unh.edu) at Dining Services to purchase space. Please note that SOS will not accept information from parties outside of UNH. Any requests by outside parties to advertise on Table Tents MUST go through Kristin Lonsinger at Dining Services.
