How to Schedule Meetings and Events in the MUB
Our online event scheduling software allows you to browse for available space and to submit a request for room reservations, information tables and short-term showcases.
Requests for Priority Scheduling Reservations for the 2014-2015 school year will be accepted between February 10 and March 9, 2014. All priority scheduling requests must be submitted through this online request system. The scheduling office will begin processing requests according to MUB policy on March 15 and confirmations will be sent by the end of April.

|Step 3:||Submit a request for a room (You must be logged in to submit a request)|

Web requests are processed on an ongoing basis and a confirmation email, or a request for more information will be emailed to you from the scheduling office, usually within 24 hours (Mon-Fri).
