Note: UNH departments will be charged 1/4th the room rate only if they are charging a fee or donation. Otherwise there is no room rental charge for University departments.
Recognized Student Organizations are not charged a room rental.

Additional Fees May Consist Of

  • Clients other than recognized student organizations using: 3 or more meeting rooms or the Granite State Room or the Strafford Room will be charged a $75 set-up fee. Additionally, a $50 fee will be assessed for all set-up requests that differ from the room set-up option list.

  • Clients requesting early opening or late closing will be charged $50. Additionally, a $25 per hour Building Manager fee will be charged. (Some events may require police, fire or housekeeping coverage at an additional cost.)

  • Audio/visual fees will be assessed as follows:

    LCD Projector $50
    Microphone $10
    Flipchart w/paper $10
    Notebook Computer (includes ethernet) $30

  • Audio/visual fees will be charged to all clients except for recognized student organizations.

  • In the event curtailed operations is called and the Memorial Union closes, all fees for scheduled events will be refunded.
