Basic Information:
The Granite State Room is a large multifunction room ideal for banquets, receptions, lectures, fairs, workshops, dances, musical performances, and special ceremonies. The room has a tile floor and is air-conditioned. It is also equipped with 120volt - 3 phase - 400 amp electrical service. The room will support multi-media presentations and is equipped with a sound system. The room may include the use of a stage (maximum size 18'dx24'wx32"h). The room is equipped with a permanently mounted, large movie screen. A mandatory setup meeting is required at least 30 days prior to the date of the scheduled event.

The Memorial Union can provide audio/visual equipment: TV/VCR, overhead projector, slide projector, LCD projector, movie screens, microphones, extension cords, and flipcharts. For a current fee schedule contact the MUB Scheduling Office. Room and/or setup fees may apply.
