Basic Information:
The Entertainment Center is ideal for coffee houses, acoustical concerts (no amplified music allowed), lectures and presentations. General meetings are not allowed. The room is set with cafe tables and chairs. Variations of the room setup must be done by the client, and must be returned to the original setup prior to the end the reservation. If the room is not returned to the original setup a $50.00 fee will be assessed. The room is equipped with a sound and lighting system that may be accessed by the client. The adjoining kitchen is equipped with a sink, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker and several storage cabinets - use of the kitchen must be approved through the MUB Scheduling office.
The Entertainment Center is not air conditioned.

The Memorial Union can provide audio/visual equipment: TV/VCR, overhead projector, slide projector, LCD projector, movie screens, microphones, extension cords, and flipcharts. For a current fee schedule contact the MUB Scheduling Office.
