Project
LEAD Programs are divided into three categories: Leadership Training,
Leadership Education, and Leadership Development, and our hope is
that students will take advantage of a balance of all three, which
will result in a dynamic experience!
-
Leadership Training programs are one-time experiences that help leaders sharpen
specific skills.
programs focus on the study of
leadership theory.
- Leadership
Development is the infusion of leadership
education and training with experience. Time must be dedicated
to specific leadership experiences in which participants are able
to apply the knowledge and skills they’ve learned to real
life situations and prepare for future roles.
