Recognition/Officer Updates
Re-recognition is currently closed, check back for updates.
All Forms have been moved to Wildcat Link except for the Officer Update Form.
Every organization is required to register for Wildcat Link which will serve as your organization’s Re-Recognition.
To begin the process of registering your organization on Wildcat Link, visit: wildcatlink.unh.edu and enter your individual student profile information (using your UNH/Bb credentials). After you’ve completed that first step, you will then click on the “Organizations” tab, and click the “Register” button on the left-hand side. This will begin your Organization Registration process (Re-Recognition). Instructions for completing registration are laid out on the first step. Toward the end of the process, you will be asked questions regarding Space Allocation in the MUB.
Wildcat Link will be your tool to:
- Customize an organization profile with content and graphics.
- Post articles to a campus news ticker and allow commenting on group discussion "walls".
- Manage club rosters and fill positions with newly-recruited members.
- Send out e-mail or text messages (SMS) to specific officers, event attendees, or an entire organization membership list.
- Promote events through a virtual flyerboard that simultaneously includes all posted events on a campus-wide calendar.
- Hold secure online elections for open officer positions.
- Upload lists of students, send out invitations, monitor RSVP status, and track attendance.
- Approve service hours completed by organization members.
- Store electronic documents, photos, and other files and control who can access them.

Just as a reminder: EVERY student organization MUST participate in the Recognition Process EACH year. If your organization misses the Recognition Deadline, YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO RECOGNIZE AGAIN UNTIL THE NEXT FORMAL RECOGNITION PERIOD! As a Recognized Student Organization, there are many benefits that are available to you. It is important that you realize that if you DO NOT recognize this spring, ALL OF THESE RESOURCES WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE TO YOU UNTIL YOU RECOGNIZE – in other words, your benefits are lost IMMEDIATELY upon completion of the spring Recognition Process. This includes FUNDING and OFFICE SPACE!
